Hi, I’m Emmanuela “Venus” Isichei — a workforce developer, career coach, and cannabis industry strategist with over five years of experience at the intersection of social equity, economic empowerment, and community advocacy.

I’ve led and contributed to groundbreaking cannabis workforce initiatives across New York, including my work as the Cannabis Job Coach at CUNY BMCC and Career Advisor at CannaVision. My focus has always been clear: building pathways into the cannabis industry for underserved communities through accessible education, job placement, and business development. From one-on-one career coaching to employer training and large-scale hiring events, I’ve helped students, returning citizens, and community members navigate the evolving cannabis economy with confidence.

As a consultant, I’ve supported both nonprofits and small businesses in launching training programs, building policy-informed workforce pipelines, and shaping curriculum that centers lived experience. I’ve collaborated with groups like The CannaDiva, the Hood Incubator, New York State Cannabis Connect, and the Cannabis Workforce Initiative.

In 2024, I founded Hi-Impact Staffing, a community-rooted initiative offering coaching, employer training, and speaking engagements that keep workforce equity at the center. I also build tools and systems — from lead trackers to job scrapers — that help organizations scale their impact with intention.
